Orphaned Land est un des nombreux groupes de m\u00e9tal plus extr\u00eame \u00e0 provenir de contr\u00e9es r\u00e9fractaires \u00e0 ce type de musique et qui plus est, Orphaned Land en est un qui est passablement influent et qui a fait bouger les choses dans son coin du globe.  De ses d\u00e9buts typiquement Doom\/Death Metal avec des influences de musique traditionnelle du Moyen Orient, Orphaned Land est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 une musique purement Progressive \u00e0 partir de l\u2019album Mabool et a continu\u00e9 sur cette voie sur les albums suivants dont son quatri\u00e8me album, The Never Ending Way of ORwarriOR sur lequel le groupe poussait le bouchon de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 beaucoup plus loin avec des textures musicales qui nous font voyager et des structures ultra complexes sur ses compositions.
